Privacy Policy
We obtain your contact details (such as name, email, address or phone number) through your enquiries via the website, email or phone. On occasions we are also provided with your details via forums and from signing up to newsletters or databases such as Bridal Expos. We respect your privacy, so if you no longer wish to hear from us, please let us know. We do not sell your contact details to anyone.
On occasions we may pass your contact details onto your nearest Consultant. This is so they can assist you with your enquiry. If you are contacted by a Consultant and do not wish to receive any further correspondence, please let them know.
Consultants
Australian Designer Bridal and Formal have Independent Consultants (otherwise known as Authorised Resellers) around Australia. These Consultants operate their own independent businesses, however they are authorised to buy and sell from us at specified rates. The people authorised to re-sell our products can be found on the Our Consultants page. Please Contact Us if you identify anyone who is re-selling our items and hasn't been listed as an Authorised Reseller or Independent Consultant for Australian Designer Bridal and Formal products.
Note that Australian Designer Bridal and Formal are Authorised Wholesale Stockists for the Designer Labels Inspiration By Desire and Essenna Rose Couture. Their other Authorised Stockists can be found on their webpages. Our Consultants therefore have the authority to re-sell these designs.
Products
All products shown are the actual products available, or a photo of a sample item. The item you receive will be the item as shown, unless you have made custom-changes to the item, or a substitute has been offered. Please keep in mind that there may be slight variations in colour of items due to screen/monitor resolution, and very slight differences in fabric weaves and dyes, especially for custom-made items. There may also be slight differences in regards to lace patterns, depending on availability. Please Contact Us, or Book a Personal Consultation to see a fabric sample if you have concerns regarding fabric colours.
If you would like an item and cannot find it on the website, please Contact Us as we have many suppliers and may be able to source it for you.
Purchasing
Products can be purchased directly through this website or via an Independent Australian Designer Bridal and Formal Consultant. For custom-items, you can either purchase through this website, or through a Personal Consultation via your independent Australian Designer Bridal and Formal Consultant. Please be aware of imitation products or unauthorised sellers, as you do not receive a quality guarantee for items purchased elsewhere.
Payments
Via our Online Store: Items purchased through our Online Store can be paid for either through our Secure Encrypted Payment Gateway (Eway), Credit Card (via Eway), Bank Deposit, Bank Transfer, or Cheque/Money Order. You will receive a Tax Invoice/Receipt directly from Australian Designer Bridal and Formal. Orders placed through the website require a full 100% payment, however if purchasing a custom-made item from a quote, only 50% deposit may be required. Payment plans may also be available. Please Contact Us regarding Payment Plan options. Please send all payments from orders placed through the website to Australian Designer Bridal and Formal; PO Box 360, Northgate QLD 4013.
Via an Independent Consultant: Items purchased via an independent Consultant can be paid for either through Paypal, Credit Card (via Paypal), Bank Deposit, Bank Transfer, or Cheque/Money Order, or also Cash, depending on the preferred method by the Consultant. The Consultant will provide you with an invoice, showing the payment methods and details. This invoice will have the Consultant's own ABN and business details listed on it. When purchasing an item from an Independent Consultant, please ensure that you obtain a receipt for the purchase directly from the Consultant. This receipt will also have the Consultant's own ABN and business details listed on it. The Consultant may request 100% payment in advance for an item, however they may also offer a Payment Plan option. Please discuss this directly with your Consultant.
NOTE: Consultants are operating their own independent businesses and operate as independent Authorised Resellers. If choosing to order through a Consultant, please refer all payments and orders to them.
Pricing
Prices of items are subject to change without notice. All existing orders already paid for (or deposits made) will remain at the original price unless something is changed in the order after the deposit has been made. Quotes are valid for 14 days, and prices may be subject to change after this time if a deposit has not been received within the 14 days.
We are an Authorised Wholesale Stockist for the Designer Labels Inspiration By Desire and Essenna Rose Couture, so the prices are as per specified by them. We offer up to 50% discount on all products from these Designer Labels, which allows you to save hundreds or thousands of dollars compared to RRP.
Promotions
We may offer various promotions from time-to-time, with discounts and free items. Promotions are only valid within specific time periods, and for specific items only. Please check this webpage for details. For updates regarding promotions, please become a Fan of our Facebook Page.
Postage and Delivery
Via our Online Store: For items under $200, the postage charge is $10. For items above $200, postage is FREE. Items will be posted within 2 working days if the item is in stock. They will be sent either via Express Post or Registered Post through Australia Post. For items not in stock, they will be specially ordered, and depending on the item, can arrive anywhere between 1-14 weeks depending on the supplier. Special orders will be checked and posted within 2 working days of arriving at Head Office. We take no responsibility for items once they have left Head Office. Please check your item and advise us of any issues within 2 working days of receiving the item. After this time, the item will be deemed as accepted by the buyer.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to an item being out of stock and unable to be re-ordered, you will receive a full refund for that item.
Via an Independent Consultant: For items under $200, the postage charge is $10. For items above $200, postage is FREE. Items purchased through a Consultant will either be personally delivered to you by the Consultant, or posted directly by the Consultant. Please feel free to discuss delivery and postage options with your Consultant.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to an item being out of stock and unable to be re-ordered, you will receive a full refund for that item.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
For faulty items, please Contact Us within 2 working days of receiving the item, and show us evidence of the fault. You may be requested to send the item back to us. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer an exchange. If we cannot exchange the item, a refund will be provided for the item, minus the postage fee.
For any other returns, please Contact Us. If you return an item that is not faulty, a 50% re-stocking fee will be applied.

Our Quality Guarantee
We have a strict quality guarantee. If at any time your product does not maintain the level of quality you (or we) expect, please Contact Us and we will either offer an exchange or refund, depending on the item.
