Can you create my dream dress, or a dress from a photo or drawing?

Yes we can custom-make almost any style of dress, in almost any colour and material. To obtain a quote for a custom-style dress, please complete the form on the Request a FREE Quote page, and send us as many photos, drawings or descriptions that you can, so we can provide you with an accurate quote. You will then have the option of purchasing that item, and in most cases, it will be at a Wholesale Price (generally up to 50% OFF RRP).

As an added bonus for you, all custom-made dresses come with a photo of the dress before it is delivered to you, so you can check it and confirm that it is correct before you receive it. This service ensures that you receive exactly what you have requested.

Please note that if you would like a designer dress created from a photo, no one can re-create a dress 100% the same as the original except for the designer themselves. There are hundreds of websites showing designer images so please be wary of these as designers generally do not sell online, unless through an Authorised Stockist. If you purchase elsewhere, you may only be getting a copy, and quite often they are poor quality.

I’m concerned about ordering online

We don't just offer online sales; we offer face-to-face sales too. We are a very unique business and sell our products through our Online Store as well as through Personal Consultations, where Our Consultants can meet with you in the comfort of your own home, at your choice of time. They can discuss your choice of products with you, measure you, show you colours and materials, and answer all of your questions. So therefore, if you do not wish to purchase online, please go ahead and Book a Personal Consultation, and you can discuss your purchase and order your item face-to-face with a Consultant.

Just for your piece of mind, we are also an Australian Registered Business, with an ABN and have been operating since February 2009. We have an excellent reputation, won numerous business awards, and receive large volumes of positive feedback due to our high quality of items and excellent service. What if I ordered a dress and it isn’t the same as the photo?

This doesn't happen. Unlike some other stores, we show real-dress photos. For our stock dresses, the dress that you order will be the same as the photo, unless you have requested a different colour or material, or requested for changes to be made, or if the size on the mannequin is different to your size (as it will sit different on the body if it is a different size). If it is considerably different to the photo, or different to what you have ordered, we will re-make it for you at no cost to you.

For custom-designed dresses or dresses made from photos, descriptions or drawings, the dress will be made very similar to the original, however please remember that no one can re-create a dress 100% the same except for the original designer, so there may be slight differences. Please be aware of other websites which may tell you something different. If the photo of the dress that we have made is considerably different to the original, please let us know and we can make slight reasonable changes to the dress as per your request, again keeping in mind that the dress cannot be exactly the same as the original as we do not have the original materials and beading that the designer may show.

This custom-service ensures that the item you receive is a unique one-of-a-kind dress, which is much preferred by our clients, and which is a service that usually costs thousands of dollars in couture bridal boutiques.

For dresses made to a standard size, please check the Measurements page and select a size that is suitable for you. For custom-sizes, please check the image that demonstrates the measurement points, and ensure that you provide the correct measurements. We recommend a lace-up back to cater for any weight changes between the time of ordering and the time of receiving the item. We also recommend ordering a size larger than your actual size if choosing a standard size or with a zip. We do not offer alterations to please ensure that your measurements are accurate.

How can I place an order?

You can also order through one of Our Consultants, by Booking a Personal Consultation. Your allocated Australian Designer Bridal and Formal independent Consultant can come to you, show you the colours and materials, measure you, and answer any questions you have. You can then order directly through your Consultant, who will then place the order with us.

How can I book a Personal Consultation or Party Plan?

I’ve seen designer dresses online that are cheaper, why?

Generally if you see a designer dress being sold online for only a few hundred dollars, then they are not the actual designer dresses; they are low quality copies. Designers do not usually sell online, and only through Authorised Stockists. We have trialled and tested the cheaper vs expensive dresses, and found that the cheaper dresses reflect cheaper quality. We refuse to provide you with a low quality item, so we have become an Authorised Wholesale Stockist of the Inspiration By Desire and Essenna Rose Couture Designer Labels, so therefore our prices are a little higher, as the quality and service is greatly improved. We have been authorised to sell online through our website, which means that you are obtaining a high quality designer dress for a wholesale price. You can save up to 50% compared to retail stores and the RRP. You can find these designer labels through other Authorised Stockists, but beware of cheaper imitations.
